Day 1: Theni to Munnar – Tea Trails Ascent

08:30 AM Drive to Munnar Begin the comfortable journey to Munnar (Approx. 2.5 to 3 hours drive, ~84 km). Travel via Bodinayakanur (Bodi) and Bodi Mettu.
11:30 AM Hotel Check-in & Lunch Arrive in Munnar, check into your group resort/hotel, and enjoy lunch.
02:30 PM Munnar Dam Circuit Visit Mattupetty Dam (boating optional) and the adjacent Kundala Lake.
04:30 PM Echo Point & Photo Point Experience the natural echo at Echo Point. Stop at Photo Point for spectacular group pictures amidst the tea gardens.

08:30 AM Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai) Drive to Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai). Take the park bus to the viewing area, renowned for spotting the endangered Nilgiri Tahr.
11:30 AM Drive to Thekkady Begin the scenic drive to Thekkady (Kumily) (Approx. 3 hours drive, ~90 km). The route is picturesque, passing through spice plantations.
02:30 PM Thekkady Check-in & Lunch Arrive in Thekkady, check into your resort, and have lunch.
04:30 PM Spice Plantation Tour & Elephant Camp Visit a local Spice Garden to learn about the region’s cardamom and pepper cultivation. Optional: Proceed to an Elephant Camp for an elephant ride (charges extra).

12:00 PM Mullaperiyar Dam View / Border Drive to a viewpoint to see the Mullaperiyar Dam and the Kerala/Tamil Nadu border areas.
01:30 PM Lunch En-route (Kumily/Cumbum) Have lunch at a restaurant near the border or in Cumbum.
03:00 PM Drive to Theni Drop-off Begin the final drive back to Theni (Approx. 1.5 hours).
